久し振りに首というか肩の筋というか痛くてー
昨日の晩から痛かったけど今朝は寝違ったような感じで痛いの。久し振りだ。
でもテレビ体操する分は痛くなかったのでしました。　首の運動の部分はかるーーーーくしたけどね。

しかし今日は蒸し暑かった。
明日は雨だね、きっと。
